Our 90 Day In Home Tryout Details
Simply put, we think ZeroGravity Beds are the best. And that's why we want you to try one in your own home, without the pressure of a store salesperson, risk-free for 90 days. If you don't love the ZeroGravity bed, you don't keep it. Simply send it back, no questions asked.
During the trial period the Comfort Exchange feature allows you to fine tune your support level on many of our beds. Our patented 'Zip-Top Design' makes it easy to replace and/or upgrade the foam components that make up the mattress. Simply call 800-488-5709 and discuss your needs with your customer care representative. Comfort Exchanges are free with any Advanced Air Series mattress during the trial period.
As a client, you need to know that we are a service company and our goal is to make your experience as enjoyable as possible, not just after your purchase, but for the entire time you own our sleep system. Our unrivaled 20-25 year warranties ensure a high quality product at a reasonable price.
We ask that you try the bed for a minumum of 60 days. During this time you will recieve the personal attention of one of our sleep specialists who will to upgrade or replace any 'Comfort Component' before deciding you are not satisfied. If you decide at the end of the trial that you are dissatisfied, simply call us toll free at 800-488-5709 and request a return. We will arrange for pick-up at your convenience. You will then have 30 days to retun the mattress in like-new condition packaged in it's original boxes to insure full credit of the purchase price. Please refer to our Return Policy for more detail.
