All mattress orders include free orders will receive free White Glove Delivery. No Assembly is Required.

All North Carolina resident's purchases will incur a 6.5% Sales Tax.

There will be no Sales Tax for out of State deliveries.

Customer credit cards will be charged at time of order. www.ZeroGravityBed.com, Inc. is not responsible for any error created by the customer placing an order. Any and all errors will be resolved as they occur. ZeroGravityBed.com, Inc. is not responsible for any delays related to order deliveries caused by weather conditions or related issues. ZeroGravityBed.com, Inc. is not held responsibility for any issues regarding slight color variations of the delivered items and online pictures. If for any reason, a customer decides to cancel his or her order, he or she must notify ZeroGravityBed.com, Inc., within 24 hours from the Time and Date of Purchase. Example: The order is placed on Jan 7th, 2009 at 2PM. The customer has the right to cancel their order until Jan 8th, 2009 at 2PM. If the customer cancels their order after 24 hours, Customer will be issued a refund minus a 29% restocking fee.

DELIVERY

All bedding items will be shipped within agreed upon terms. All details of delivery must be added to the Purchase Invoice. We strongly urge you to inspect your delivery upon receipt. After signing satisfaction of delivery, ZeroGravityBed.com, Inc. is not responsible for any damage or issues with the purchased product.

SHIPPING

Tracking information will be made available to every customer upon shipment of any order. Customers will be emailed the tracking numbers. Customers can also log into customers account and view tracking information.

What is ZeroGravityBed.com, Inc. return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your ZeroGravityBed.com, Inc mattress during the Confidence Guarantee period and wish to return your bed please call ZeroGravityBed.com, Inc. Customer Service at 1-800-488-5709 to obtain a 'Return Authorization' (RA) number.

Once we issue your RA number you will have 30 days to return the mattress to ZeroGravityBed.com, Inc. The mattress must be properly packaged and returned in like new condition, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning your mattress. Please contact ZeroGravityBed.com, Inc. customer service for tips on re-packaging your mattress and for your lowest cost shipping options.

Upon receipt, your mattress will be inspected. In the event there are any damages beyond normal wear and tear, or manufacturing defects you will be contacted by ZeroGravityBed.com, Inc. customer service concerning the allowable amount of your refund.

Your refund will be processed within approximately 30 days from the date that the entire mattress is received at our facility, and will be refunded in the form of your original payment.
