Urethane Air Chambers
The most significant feature of the ZeroGravity patented design. The Urethane Air Chambers are located inside the Pillowtop which are then supported by the base foam layer. The chambers lay side by side and extend edge to edge. This creates an unbroken, uniform support base.

NEW Feature: SOLID Orthotex Base Foam Design
The Zero Gravity Orthotex base layer is designed for long term orthopedic support and correct spinal alignment.

Benefits:A better base foam material than any other mattress on the market. The Orthotex cells are "pre-worn", meaning that repeated use is not necessary for comfort. "Pre-worn" cells are not only initially soft, they won't break down over time because of the strength of their elliptical structure.

Having a SOLID Base Foam Design is VERY important. Modular designs break down and cause a V effect in the center of the bed. The changeable base support foam modules are held in place with edge supports.

Old Feature: Modular Base Foam Design
Problem: 6 independent block base support foam. We upgraded from this design last year. This is a poor design that causes hammocking because the center is weak. It's purpose was to provide some 'give' for heavier areas of the body. Like the hips. Over time we learned that the solid foam layer on top would split down the center because it forced into the cracks created by the split foam. By changing to a more solid base foam and replacing this idea with separate air zones, we eliminated the problem and created more control.
